Should you wish to exchange or return any items you have purchased from our website.

Please return your item(s) unworn, in the original packaging and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded.

We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will not be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
