Jonny Q was founded in 1978 at the peak of the Glam Rock era London after the founder took it upon himself to feminise a garment originally crafted for butch, working class men – jeans. He introduced the first real stretch jeans to the world. By using lycra elastane by Dupont and creating stretch satin jeans made from cloth that was originally meant for corsets, Jonny Q jeans are made to enhance, flatter and truly suit the female body shape.
